Our Story
Unwind Luxury was founded in 2026 by Genevieve Provencal. I started Unwind Luxury to bring together saunas, massage chairs, red light therapy devices, and compression equipment from established brands in one place, so customers can compare options without searching across dozens of sites.
We are a small, independently owned company. We don’t manufacture these products ourselves. We select them from established brands, describe them in plain terms, and ship them directly from our suppliers’ U.S. warehouses.

How Your Order Ships
Unwind Luxury works with established brands and suppliers. When you place an order, it is prepared and shipped directly from the supplier’s warehouse in the United States to your door. Because orders ship from supplier warehouses, items in the same order may arrive separately.
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days, with typical transit of 5 to 8 business days. Large items such as saunas, cold plunges, and massage chairs ship by freight carrier, and the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. We ship within the 48 contiguous states and DC.
